Hardy's extensive musical background with regard to commercial and classical music gives him the “chops” to produce, transcribe and orchestrate the music played by Swayin and Prayin (S&P), Rough and Squeaky (R&S).

The LORD Jesus gave Hardy the mission of making old hymns swing. Jesus provided the members of S&P and R&S to accomplish it.

The name Swayin and Prayin pays homage to our Jewish brothers and sisters' practice of worshiping the LORD with their whole body by swaying.
